1. Initial Roof Surveys

Initial rooftop visits and consultation sessions provided by Shukla Solar Solutions are completely free of charge and carry no purchase commitment or obligation.

2. Advance Booking Cancellations

If a client books a project with an advance token deposit, and our subsequent structural or shadow analysis determines that the roof is technically non-viable for solar installation, the advance deposit will be refunded in full within 7 business days.

3. Custom Procurement & Manufacturing

Once bespoke mounting structures have been fabricated or specific non-returnable equipment has been dispatched to the client site following mutual contract signing, refunds are subject to deduction of direct fabrication, transportation, and administrative expenses incurred.
